There are several tools within Access People you can use to fully understand your spending.
Financial Summary
Within each rota, you will find a Section level financial summary at the top of the page. The financial summary will breakdown your budgeted figures, your revenue and covers and your wage costs across the rota week.
If you have Subsection level rota variables configured, you may also be able to break down some financial information for the week on a subsection level such as wage cost.
Detailed Rota Report
Each rota also has a report named the Detailed Rota Report which can be accessed within the rota itself. The Detailed Rota Report will allow you to review the Employees Pay (pay value, adjustments), the Est. P&L Charge (accrual, ERNI, borrowed costs), Tronc/Service Charge and Holiday Pay costs associated with the rota week.
Reports
There are several Standard or Other Reports that can be used to track spending. These include:
Rota Adjustment Report standard.
Rota Hours standard.
Rota Financial Report other- There are several variations of this report, broken down by day, week, section and all.
Borrowed Employees Report other.
Dashboards
As part of the Labour Optimisation module, there are several dashboards which you can utilise to monitor spending alongside staffing levels and demand.
