What's Access Evo?
Access Evo is a software solution, that joins together your systems, data and people in one place. It is where everyone goes when they need to get things done. It is designed to allow each of us to work the way we want to work, with ease. Helping us achieve more.
Where is my product or software?
Now you're using Access Evo, you can easily access all of your products from the 9-dot menu. To do this:
Click the 9-dot menu.
Click the relevant product icon.
Your product loads in a new Evo or browser tab and you can continue working as usual.
What is My Dashboard?
Every user of Access Evo has their own customisable dashboard. You can add apps, insights, noticeboards and much more that are relevant to you and your job role. You can re-size, reposition and remove apps freely, your dashboard is completely personal to you.
What are apps?
Apps in Access Evo are a window view into your software to help boost your productivity. You can view real-time information and assign and complete tasks in Evo apps.

The three core apps for Access Evo are Access Analytics, Access Collaborate and Access Learning.
How do I add an app?
To add an app to your dashboard:
Click Add app in the top right of Evo.
Find the app you need to add.
Click Add to Evo.
How do I add my information?
To make sure you get the most from all the productivity apps, features and tools you need to ensure your information is up to date in the My Settings section of Access Evo. Information entered here is held in the Members section of Access Evo, so that you and your colleagues have the latest information to avoid bottlenecks and boost your productivity.
To update your information:
Click your name dropdown in the top right of Access Evo.
Click My Settings.
Add your avatar image, salutation, telephone number, car registration, and any other required information.
The progress bar under your name signifies how much of your Access Evo profile you have filled out. The more you add, the further along it goes until you've updated everything and the bar will disappear.
You can also add tags directly from here. On the left-hand side menu, the notifications tab allows you to turn on/off your email notifications.
How do I get more help?
Click the? icon and Get help to access the customer success portal to see thousands of articles and webinars and log support tickets if you can't find the answers you are looking for.
