Can't see the Access Digital Assistant

If you cannot locate or access the Access Digital Assistant and you expect it to be available, this may be due to your cookie preferences settings.

The Access Digital Assistant requires functional cookies to operate properly.

To restore access to the Access Digital Assistant, you will need to update your cookie preferences in the product to enable Functional cookies.

You can also watch the video below that explains how to enable it again or alternatively, just follow the written steps.

To enable the Digital Assistant, follow the below steps:

  1. Within the product, navigate to the cookie management settings by clicking on Manage Cookies located at the bottom of the left-hand menu.

  2. Enable functional cookies using one of these methods:

    • Enable all functional cookies by toggling the functional cookies setting to On.

    • Alternatively, expand the functional cookies menu and specifically enable Intercom if you prefer to manage individual cookie permissions.

  3. Refresh your browser tab or page after making these changes.

Once you have completed these steps and refreshed the page, the Access Digital Assistant should become visible and accessible.
