Use the Access Digital Assistant
All of our customers success plan users get access to the Digital Assistant. To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the below steps:
Click on the Digital Assistant bubble located in the bottom right side of your screen.
Select Ask a question then type the question that you would like to ask.
The Digital Assistant will take some seconds to search through knowledgebase and provide you the relevant answer.
Confirm if the provided answer has resolved your query or you can follow up with another question or upload any screenshots that might help the Digital Assistant resolve your query.
