Use the Access Digital Assistant
Classic or Essential entitlement
If you have a Classic or Essential entitlement, follow the below steps:
In Access People Hospitality, click the Access Digital Assistant
icon.
Select the category you'd like help with, then select the specific query.
Review the answer and suggested guides.
Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query.
Standard or Premier Entitlement
If you have a Standard or Premier entitlement, follow the below steps:
In Access People Hospitality, click the Access Digital Assistant
icon.
Type the question that you would like to ask.
The Digital Assistant will take some seconds to search through knowledgebase and provide you the relevant answer.
Confirm whether the answer has resolved your query.
Choose Yes or No if you require a case to be raised.
If you choose No, you will be asked if you want to ask another question.
If you choose Yes, you'll receive an email with the case reference number and someone from our support team will be in touch.
