Use the Access Digital Assistant

All of our customers success plan users get access to the Digital Assistant. To use the Access Digital Assistant, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the Digital Assistant bubble located in the bottom right side of your screen.

  2. Select Ask a question then type the question that you would like to ask.

    • The Digital Assistant will take some seconds to search through knowledgebase and provide you the relevant answer.

  3. Confirm if the provided answer has resolved your query or you can follow up with another question or upload any screenshots that might help the Digital Assistant resolve your query.


Use the Access Digital Assistant guided options

If you’re not listed as a Customer Success Plan contact, you’ll still have access to our Digital Assistant guided options. It offers guided support on our most popular topics, or, if you prefer, you can simply browse the articles at your own pace.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you believe that you should have access to the Digital Assistant speak with our manager or administrator to add you to one of the success plan contact spots, if there are any available.

To use our self-service bot, follow the below steps:

  1. Click on the Digital Assistant bubble located in the bottom right side of your screen.

  2. Select from the main topics System Admin or Self Service.

  3. Select the required topic and then select one of the following options:

    • Read the article to open the article and have a read.

    • Walk me through to be guided step by step.

  4. At the end of the flow, you'll be asked to rate your experience.

    • πŸ‘ For a positive experience.

    • πŸ‘ŽFor a negative experience.

πŸ€“Tip: On the walkthroughs, you get the chance to leave feedback after each step by clicking Finish. The Access Digital Assistant guided options are limited to most popular topics.
