Pay
OSP group not updating on employee transfer When an employee was transferred to a new post, the OSP (occupational sick scheme) group in Pay Details was not automatically updating to match the OSP group associated with the new post. The previous OSP group was retained, requiring manual correction. This has been fixed so that the OSP group updates automatically when an employee is transferred to a new post.
Payroll
P60 data alignment – 2026 form Some fields on the P60 form for 2026 were displaying as misaligned, affecting readability when the form was printed. The layout has been corrected so that all data is aligned neatly on the form and prints as expected.
Reporting
Custom reports no longer downloading as spreadsheet files When clicking Export CSV on certain custom reports, the downloaded file was blank and not a valid spreadsheet. This has been resolved so that Export CSV correctly generates and downloads a populated .xlsx spreadsheet file.
Rotas
Holidays appear differently on the rota Holiday entries were not displaying consistently on the rota view. This has been corrected so that holidays appear in a consistent and clear format across all rota views.
Escalate not working on People HR and Rota app The Escalate function was not working as expected in the People HR and Rota applications. The escalation feature is designed to activate when a line manager post is vacant, with auto-escalation logic walking up the hierarchy. In certain cases the backend returned empty results, preventing escalation from completing. This has been fixed so that the hierarchy is rebuilt where necessary and escalation functions correctly when the line manager post is vacant. Note that the explicit Escalate button requires an existing approver to be in place in order to function.#
