How to access the new columns:
Navigate to Access Reports > Custom Reporting
Create or edit a report using the Self Service Claims data set
The Fuel Type, Company Car, and Engine Size columns are now available for selection
Bug Fixes
Continental Working Patterns
Employees assigned a Continental working pattern (including two-week / 9-day fortnight patterns) did not their pattern displayed correctly under Employment > Working Pattern. The overview showed no working days, and employees were unable to submit leave using the ‘Use Working Pattern’ option, since all leave requests returned 0 hours.
This has been resolved. Continental working patterns now display correctly and the ‘Use Working Pattern’ checkbox functions as expected for all affected employees.
Mail Merge Templates: Save Button and Merge Fields Misaligned at Lower Zoom Levels
The Save button and merge fields list within the Mail Merge Template window were not correctly contained within the dialog at browser zoom levels below 100%. Elements spilled outside the window boundary, making the interface difficult to use. At 100% zoom the page rendered correctly.
The layout has been corrected. The Save button and merge fields list are now fully contained within the Mail Merge Template window at all standard browser zoom levels.
Rota Financial Report: Pound Sign Displaying as ‘£’ in the Financial Report
The £ (pound) symbol was being rendered as the HTML entity ‘£’ as a visible string in the on-screen Financial Report, wherever a currency value should have appeared.
The encoding issue has been resolved and the £ symbol now displays correctly throughout the Financial Report.
Team View: Page Intermittently Failing to Load (500 Error)
The Team View page was intermittently returning a server error, causing the page to fail to load. When this occurred, the team member cards did not render, leaving line managers and HR staff unable to view their team.
The underlying server-side issue has been resolved. Team View now loads consistently and team member cards render correctly.
Employee Search: Intermittently Returning Server Error
The employee search endpoint was intermittently returning a server error, preventing HR administrators from searching for employees.
The server-side defect has been resolved.
Timesheet: Copy Operation Intermittently Causing Page Crash
When an employee performed a timesheet copy operation, the page sometimes became unresponsive and crashed due to a JavaScript binding conflict. The user was required to refresh their browser, losing any unsaved work. This was a particular problem for employees with recurring schedules who regularly use the copy function.
The root cause has been corrected. The timesheet copy operation now completes successfully without crashing the page.
