⚠️Important: Please keep in mind that for sales and clock data to import to a rota, the rota has to be in the active stage. Forecast rotas will not update sales or clock data. If the affected rotas aren't currently active, please ensure they are when you contact us.
If you believe a sales or clock file has not processed for one of your sections on the HR system and data is missing from the rotas, contact us providing the sections you believe are having issues in receiving the sales or clock in data and the support team can investigate further into the files sent by your sales or clock in provider.
