Amend an employee's contract end date

You can edit an employee's contract end date, in a few easy steps.

When the booked and taken to date holidays aren't showing in the Leave Stats, this usually happens because there is a contract end date entered for that employee.

The contract end date can be highlighted as the current Absence Period scheme above the Leave Stats.

⚠️Important: Make sure to check the period dates.

To edit an employee's contract end date on the system, this can be done by following the below steps:

  1. Search for the employee using the organisation search then click the Employment tab.

  2. Within the employment tab, click into Position.

  3. Once you are within position screen, click Edit next to Employment (Primary)

  4. Remove the contract end date from the Contract End Date field.

  5. Click Save.
