β οΈImportant: Please ensure that you are using the correct absence class and absence period scheme for this to appear correct.
To go about uploading multiple employee absences to the system, please follow the below steps:
Click into Data manager via System admin or Configuration, this will depend on how your system is configured.
Once data manager has loaded, click Employee data on the left-hand menu.
Click into Leave.
The below fields will appear:
Employee Number
Absence Period
Start Date
End Date
Absence Class
Days / Hours, the system will allow the keywords Days or Hours to be input here
Working Days or Hours Lost, all of these fields are mandatory.
Once you have input the employee absences into data manager, click Validate, then Upload.
πNote: You can copy employee absences from an excel spreadsheet to save time. First, add one absence and check its accuracy. If correct, upload the rest via Data Manager.
