Set up a working pattern

You can set up a working pattern, in a few easy steps.

You can set up a working pattern in a few easy steps:

  1. Click on Admin Menu and then select Settings

  2. Drop down Module Settings.

  3. Click HR.

  4. Scroll down to Working Pattern Template.

  5. Click Add Working Pattern in the upper right, clicking into the type will give you a brief description of what you have selected.


Assign the created working pattern

To assign a working pattern that you have setup to an employee or a post, follow the below steps:

Post

  1. Search for the post you want to assign the working pattern to via Post Setup

  2. On the left-hand menu within the post, click into Working pattern.

  3. Click Edit in the upper right.

  4. Select the template you have created by using the drop down.

Employee

  1. Find the employee you want to assign the working pattern to.

  2. Select Employment in the left-hand menu and click into Working pattern.

  3. Click Edit in the upper right.

  4. Select the template you have creating by using the drop down.

  5. Click Save.
