You can view your own payslip or P60 documents, in a few easy steps.

Written by Relu

You can watch a short video on how to view your payslips or P60 via self-service.

⚠️Important: Your payroll number is typically found on your payslip, if you have any queries in regard to payslips details such as hourly rate, hours worked, pay amount, contact your manager in the first instance and if it's needed your manager can raise a support case for further investigation.

To view your own payslip or P60, follow the steps below:

  1. From the Self-Service menu, click Payslips.

  2. Click Document tab next to Details tab.

  3. Select the required P60 or Payslip.

📌Note: Other employees and administrators can't view your P60s, the payslips will be available based on the pay date, the payroll team uploads them the day before, if no payslips are showing contact your manager to see why they weren't uploaded and when will they be.

Troubleshooting

If your payslip or P60 is not visible in the Document tab:

  • Check the pay date — payslips are uploaded by the payroll team the day before pay day, so they may not be available yet.

  • Contact your manager to confirm whether payslips have been uploaded for your pay period.

  • If your manager cannot resolve the issue, they can raise a support case with the Access People support team for further investigation.

Accessing payslips after leaving your job

If your account has been disabled after leaving your job and you can no longer log in to view your payslips, speak with your former manager. If needed, they can raise a support case with Access People to restore access or provide the documents directly.
