As an administrator, you can view and download an employee’s P60, this will support employees by accessing and managing P60 documents as needed.
You can assign and enable the permission on a post, role, or employment. The permission is named Administrator P60, and you need to enable the view and can-do permission, then run a batch update.
View P60
After enabling the view permission, follow the below steps to see the P60 tab:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click Payroll tab.
Click the P60 tab on the right side of the screen.
Click the P60 file to view it.
Print or download P60
After enabling the can-do permission, follow the below steps to print or download a PDF version of the P60:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click Payroll tab.
Click the P60 tab on the right side of the screen.
Click the PDF (Printable) button.
Click Print button on the right corner of the screen.
