You can download your payslip either from the Access People system or from the Access People and Hr Rota App, below we have the guidance for both ways.
Download from the Access People and Hr Rota App
On the mobile app you can download the document (PDF) if you follow the below steps:
Open the Access People Hr and Rota App and click the Payslips screen.
Select the year then click on the required payslip.
Click Download Payslip button located beneath the payslip summary.
Click Save or share it using the share button.
Download from the Access People system
To download a payslip in a PDF format, follow the steps below:
Go to Self Service located on the left side of your screen then click on Payslips.
Select the year and click on the relevant payslip.
Click Print in the top right corner of the screen.
The payslip will open in a new window in the browser.
Click on the Download icon in the top right.
Click Save.
If you come across any issues with downloading payslips, make sure that the Employee role in Access People has the below permissions enabled:
HR Payslip - Can view deduction totals
HR Payslips - Can view deductions
📌Note: On the URL in browser in mobile view, it only shows the breakdown of payments, deductions and net pay but no document to download.
