If all users on a specific brand type are having issues with downloading payslips from the Access People HR and Rota app, this may be due to custom payslip templates being in use, you need to contact us.
If some users can download the payslips from the Access People HR and Rota mobile app whilst some others cannot but they are on the same brand type, this may be due to permissions.
The below permissions below should be added to the base level employee role on your system in order to grant users access to download the payslip from the mobile app:
HR Payslip - Can view deduction totals.
HR Payslips - Can view deductions.
📌Note: Once the permissions have been assigned to the employee role and have updated following overnight processes running employees should be able to download the payslips from the app as expected.
