Since the migration, sites are unable to clock in

If the sites can't clock in, you need to check the clocking in system.

Since the server migration, the link to the clocking in system for tablets has now changed. The new link will look something like the below:

accesspeople.accesscloud.com/[CompanyName]Secure/Clock

If you copy this into your tablet, this will bring up all your sites within the company.

  • On an iPad, to save this new link directly to your homepage, at the bottom of the screen, click the Action (Share) icon. An option to add this to your homepage appears.

  • On an Android tablet, to save the clocking in site to your homepage, click the menu button and press add to home screen.
