📌Note: If you are a re-hired employee, ensure you use the active employee ID, not the previous one that you had on the previous employment.
If you're using the clock hardware but an employee hasn't fed through to the hardware from the system, follow the below steps:
Find the organisation search bar in the right corner of the screen and click on the required Section.
Click Edit Section then click Edit.
Unselect ZKTeco Clock then click Save.
Click Edit.
Select ZKTeco Clock then click Save.
Click Migrate Section Employees to ZKTeco.
Once you have migrated the employees over to ZKTeco, you can check the settings on the system to ensure these have been sent over successfully, you can do this by following the below:
Click Settings or Configuration, depending how your system is configured.
Click System Logs.
Click External Clocking Log and search for the required employee by ID or name
📌Note: Ensure you choose the employee ID for the current active employee.
