If you have noticed that an employee isn't appearing on the clock device, you can first check to see if the employee has been migrated over to the server. To do this, follow the below steps:
Click Admin or Configuration, depending on how your system is configured then click Settings.
Click System Logs then click External Clocking Logs.
Search for the name of the employee
πNote: If this employee isn't appearing within the external clocking logs, you will need to migrate the employee's section over to the server. If the employee is appearing on the clocking logs, please raise a case with support for further investigation.
You can migrate employees to the server, if you follow the below steps:
Within the organization structure
, locate the employee's section.
Click Edit the section then click Edit again.
Untick ZKTeco Clock.
Click Save and then click Edit again.
Tick ZKTeco Clock and then click Save.
Click Migrate Section Employees to Clock and then click Save
