We use a third-party validator for validating postcodes entered into the system. If you have entered a postcode and are then seeing a message which reads Post Code is not valid, this likely means the postcode is not recognised by the third party.
Please make sure the postcode is formatted correctly or use a different postcode which has been recognised as valid before then contact us and provide the required postcode.
