After the termination deactivation period has lapsed this will remove the role for self-service. The global setting can be amended but this won't re-activate the role.
The only way for a terminated employee to receive their payslips after the termination grace period would be for a manager to action this for them by following the below steps:
Go to the employee's profile by using the organisation search and type their name.
Once on the employee's profile, click on Payroll and select Payslips.
Download and forward the payslips to the employee.
