If the manager's wage cost is showing incorrectly on the detail's rota report, you can resolve this by following the below steps:
Go to the employee's profile by using the organisation search then click Payroll
Select Pay.
Click Pay History and open the top salary line.
Click Save.
No changes needed, just saving refreshes the record.
After that, youâll need to run a batch update so the rota calculations refresh, and the correct wage cost appears in the report.
This step forces the system to recalculate the pay values used in the rota financials.
