If the manager's wage cost is showing incorrectly on the detail's rota report, you can resolve this by following the below steps:
Go to the employee's profile and click Payroll then select Pay.
Click Pay History and open the top salary line.
Click Save.
📌Note: You will then need to complete batch updates.
