The rota uses employees' gross pay; however, it has nothing related to employee pension costs. This is because Access People Hospitality cannot pull through if an employee has opted out or not, so pension costs are handled by payroll.
📌Note: Rota wage costs are to be used as a guide rather than a direct actual cost as there are several things that can be done in payroll that access people is not aware of.
