Shift data not sending to PayWise+

An employee has worked shifts on completed days, but nothing is showing in early pay for them you need to check several things.

If you have some employee shift data that is not pulling through to PayWise+, check that the employee is not borrowed to their own home rota.

This can be checked within the rota. If the employee shows as borrowed, then their shifts do not post to PayWise+.

⚠️Important: Employees should never be borrowed to their home rota unless it is into another post that is not their normal post.

If they have been borrowed onto the rota and removing this borrowed status means the employee is no longer shown on the home rota, please see what to do when the employee is not on the rota.
