Manage maternity, paternity and adoption tab

You can access the maternity, paternity and adoption tab with the right permission.

You need specific permission to access the Maternity, paternity and adoption tab.

Permission required

To access the maternity, paternity and Adoption tab you need the Maternity and Self-Service Maternity permissions applied to your account. Both permissions need the update element assigned.

Add maternity, paternity and adoption

πŸ“ŒNote: Before you follow the steps, you need to make sure that you have the correct permission to access the maternity, paternity and adoption tab.

To add maternity, paternity and adoption, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click on Absence tab.

  2. Click Maternity, Paternity & Adoption then click Add Maternity, Paternity & Adoption.

  3. Select the type from the drop down then fill all the required details.

  4. Click Save.
