To be able to sort employees in a rota, you first need to assign sort order values.
Set up sort order values
You can set up a sort order on posts by following the below steps:
Click System Admin then click Post Admin.
Find the required post then click into it.
Click Basic Details.
Enter a value against the Sort Order field.
This field controls the order in which posts are displayed in specific areas of the system such as the rota.
πNote: The lower the sort of number, i.e 0 or 1, the higher up the list the post displays. If a post doesn't have a sort order value, it defaults to 0 and displays higher up the list.
Sort employees on the rota
Once you've added the sort order values, you can sort the list of employees on the rota by:
From the Sorting drop-down menu, select Post Sort Order.
