To set up the Productivity Measure on your rota, follow the below steps:
In the left-hand menu, select Rota under the My Team menu.
Filter to the section and dates you wish to set up the productivity for.
Click into the weekly rota.
Within the header bar of the weekly rota, a cog icon should be visible, this should be located to the right-hand side of the green header bar
Click the cog to bring up the drop-down list.
Select Productivity Measure from the list.
A pop-up window will appear. Depending on if the section is configured to optimise at section level or subsection level will dictate how the window displays.
Optimised at Subsection level - the window will contain the subsection names. Click each subsection name to expand the subsection. You will then see the option to enter a productivity measure either in
Hourly Values - You will be able to enter values into each individual hour per day for the week. If you cannot see the hourly values, click the Switch to Hourly Values button.
Weekly Values - You will be able to enter 1 value for the entire week. If you cannot see the Weekly Value box, click the Switch to Weekly Value button.
Optimised at Section level - the window will display the productivity measure weekly value or allow you to switch to hourly values.
Click Save to save the changes to the productivity measure.
Once saved, the productivity measure will carry over to future rota weeks created for the same site.
πNote: Access to the cog and productivity measure options in steps 4 and 5 is controlled by the permission titled Rota Labour Optimisation - Productivity Measure. If you do not see the options in the rota, you may not have permission to this area. No strikethrough means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
π€Tip: To amend an existing productivity measure, this is done by following the above steps. Changes to existing productivity measures, may mean that future rota weeks do not pick up the changes automatically and may need to be repeated on any currently open rotas until a new rota is created.
