To stop a rota variable from showing on the rota, the user will need to follow these steps:
Click into the Rotas menu option.
On the Rotas screen, select the Variables tab.
Depending on where the variable the user wishes to remove has been set up, the user will need to drop down one of the options for
Global - Sections.
Global - Subsections.
Custom - Sections.
Custom - Subsections.
Click into the variable that no longer needs to be shown on the rota and a pop-up window titled formula will appear.
Within the pop-up window, unselect against Show on Rota.
Click Save.
📌Note: Once you refresh the rota, the variable should no longer appear.
