For a subsection to show on a rota, the user will need to follow the below steps:
Access the subsection via the organisation structure and click Edit Subsection.
Select Display on Rota.
This will only affect newly created rotas.
📌Note: Before this subsection appears, the user will need to add employees to posts that are in this subsection.
If there are no employees under the relevant subsection, when you borrow an employee, it will not automatically create the subsection. In result, the borrowed employee will not be showing on the rota.
