📌Note: The global options will be applied to all rotas, whereas the custom option will just be applied to a chosen rota.
You can add rota variables to the rotas by doing the below:
Click into My Team and then Rotas.
Click the Variables tab.
Click into one of the following options:
Global - Section.
Global - Subsection.
Custom - Sections.
Custom - Subsection.
Edit rota variables and formulas
📌Note: The Formula will be used to calculate the value of selected variable, we strongly recommend contacting us before making any changes if you are not sure how to complete the below steps.
You can add new and edit existing variables, including formulas used to calculate the value.
To access the variables screen, please follow steps below:
Click on My Team and then click Team Rotas.
Select Variables:
Global - Sections / Subsections, this will change variables for all sections or subsections globally.
Choose Section, this will change variables for selected section or subsection.
To add new, select Add Formula and to edit, click into Existing Formula.
Fill out the details and click Save.
