Greyed out menu icons

If certain menus are greyed out when going on an employee's record, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If certain menus are greyed out when going on an employee's record, you can complete the following to include them:

  1. Within the employee record, in the bottom left, click Edit.

    • This will highlight the menus with an orange border.

  2. Click on the greyed-out menu you want to activate.

  3. Within the field edit of the menu, select the Include check box.

  4. Click Save.

  5. In the bottom left, click Cancel Edit mode.
