Delete an absence record

You can delete an absence record in a few easy steps.

You can delete an absence record by following the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click the Absence screen.

  2. Click the absence record you want to delete.

  3. Click Delete.

    • This deletes the absence and may mark the record as deleted in the front end.

To have the absence record completely removed from the system, contact us and provide the following information:

  • Who's record needs deleting.

  • The absence date.
