If a recently added absence has not pulled through to an existing rota, follow the below steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click into it.
Click Absence then click the required absence.
Click Update.
This sends the absence through to the required rota.
πNote: If you click into the absence and see a message which reads cannot edit or delete absence on a completed rota, you must first re-open the rota for the dates which the absence falls within, then come back to the absence screen and click update.
