Absence not showing on the rota

If you have an absence that is not showing on the rota, you can resolve this in a few easy steps.

If a recently added absence has not pulled through to an existing rota, follow the below steps:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click into it.

  2. Click Absence then click the required absence.

  3. Click Update.

    • This sends the absence through to the required rota.

πŸ“ŒNote: If you click into the absence and see a message which reads cannot edit or delete absence on a completed rota, you must first re-open the rota for the dates which the absence falls within, then come back to the absence screen and click update.
