To enable an employee to modify sickness records that extend over a completed rota, the HR Absence Override Absences (Expert Use Only!), permission is required. This permission allows for the amendment of sickness records and the reopening of rotas affected by the sickness.
With this permission alone, you'll have to manually re-complete the impacted rotas. A new global setting titled Rota Complete Days When Updating Sickness must be activated and set to True.
📌Note: Both of the above configurations are necessary to activate this new feature. No strikethrough for permissions means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
