To update an absence record on a completed rota you need to re-open the rota, make your changes and then close it again.
To do this, please follow the below steps:
Re-open the rota
To re-open the rota, follow the below steps:
From the menu, click My Team, then select Rotas.
Click Organisation and filter for a specific section where the employee works.
Find and select the rota where the absence falls.
Click Advanced Functions, then click Re-Open Rota.
Click Confirm.
Make your changes
To make your changes, follow the below steps:
Navigate to the employee's profile.
Click the Absence screen.
Click the required absence record, then click Update.
Make your changes and click Save.
Re-complete the rota
You now need to re-complete the rota by following the below steps:
From the menu, click My Team, then select Rotas.
Click Organisation and filter for a specific section where the employee works.
Find and select the rota where the absence falls.
Click Advanced Function, then click Complete Rota.
Click Confirm.
