⚠️Warning: Changes in the admin area are unrestricted and irreversible. If you click Delete Employment but it hasn't been deleted, it may be because the employment has already been sent to Payroll.
Contact us and provide us with the number of the employment that needs to be deleted as we need to action this from our end.
To delete an employment, follow the below steps:
Find the employee using the organisation search then click Profile.
Select the employment you want to delete by clicking on Switch Employment.
From the dropdown list, click the employment you want to delete.
Click the Admin tab then click Admin.
Select Delete employment.
📌Note: To merge two person records with different employments, delete the new employment and person record in the front-end before exporting, then add the employment details to the correct person record.
