Add an additional employment

You can add an additional employment in a few easy steps.

⚠️Important: In order to follow the below steps, you need to have assigned the permission Employments, Type Can Add.

One employee can have multiple employments. Adding additional employment will generate a new employee, payroll number, however, all previous numbers will not change.

To add an additional employment to an employee, follow the steps below:

  1. Find the employee using the organisation search then click his profile.

  2. Click on Add Additional Employment under employee's name.

  3. Select the post within Organisation Structure.

  4. Enter the employment details required then click Create this employment.

  5. Click Submit.
