Unable to see the same roles

If you're unable to see the same roles as another user, you'll need to check your permissions.

If you as a system owner have created new roles within the system and another user is unable to view these roles, this means the permissions haven't been activated on the role.

To check the permission's follow the steps below to update or if the role shouldn't have the access, you can remove the permissions:

  1. Click on Admin Menu tab or Configuration tab depending on how it's been configured.

  2. Click on Roles & Permissions tab

  3. Click into the relevant role and then click on the Role Permissions tab.

  4. Click Edit Permissions button and type in the name of the new roles.

  5. Select the permissions settings, No strikethrough means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.

  6. Click Save.
