When trying to edit a role on a post, if the name is visible but you can't add or remove, this could be due to the role you are in not having the permission to access the role.
📌Note: Depending on your role, you can add the permissions to the role. If not, please contact your Head office or a Superuser. No strikethrough means enabled, strikethrough means disabled.
You can add or remove a permission, if you follow the below steps:
Either click on System Admin tab or Configuration, depending on your setup.
Click on Roles & Permissions then click in the role you are assigned to.
Click on Role Permissions tab then click Edit Permissions button.
Search for the name of the role you are unable to access.
