If employees who can perform shift management actions such as shift swap, bid for shifts or auction shifts in the main desktop system of Access People Hospitality are unable to do the same in the Access People HR and Rota mobile app, this may be due to the following global settings not being enabled on your system:
Shift Swap - Allow Employees to Auction Shifts.
Shift Swap - Allow Employees to Bid for Vacant Shifts.
Shift Swap - Allow Employees to Swap Shifts.
Shift Swap - Allow Employees to Swap Shifts in Same Subsection.
Shift Swap - Allow Employees to Transfer Shifts.
📌Note: You don't need to enable all of the settings, so if you wish to not allow employees to auction or bid for vacant shifts as an example, these 2 settings would not need to be enabled.
