If you currently use part-week rotas but would like to turn this setting off, please follow the steps below:
Click Configuration then Click Settings.
Click System Settings then click Global.
Search for and select Rota - Allow the completion of partial weeks for payroll submitting.
Change from True to False.
Click Save.
📌Note: This only affects newly created rotas after the setting has been changed to False. Any existing rotas are still controlled by the part-week setting, if they have been created whilst the setting was True. To avoid any issues with part-week rotas still exporting to payroll, we recommend re-adding rotas.
