Complete all rotas permission

You can complete all rotas at once providing you have the correct permission.

As a manager or admin, you can assign the permission Rota - Complete All Rotas which allows users to view and select the complete rotas option on the main rota overview screen.

If you enable this permission, it decreases the chance that your users will accidentally select complete rotas on the overview screen, which completes all rotas instead of the intended specific rota. By limiting this permission, the possibility of such mistakes is significantly reduced, giving you as a manager or admin more control over rota completion.

Assign the permission

You can assign and enable the permission on a post, role, or employment.

πŸ“ŒNote: By default, this is enabled for the system administrator role and disabled for all other roles.


Complete all rotas

If you have the permission to do so, you can complete all orders by following the steps below:

  1. Click My Team then click Team Rotas.

  2. Click Complete Rotas button.

  3. Click Complete only overdue rotas or Complete rotas overdue and ending today.

πŸ“ŒNote: You can complete overdue rotas only or overdue rotas and rotas ending today. Once the rotas have been completed, no further changes can be made to them.
