If you've noticed that some employees haven't had their recent additions or deductions to basic pay sent to payroll, this is likely due to the Permanent Adjustment Export not being run in order to send to payroll. You can see when the export was last run in the Import/Export screen.
If you've added an adjustment to an employee and the export has been run afterwards but the adjustment still hasn't been sent to payroll, contact us and provide the following information:
The employee's name or number.
The description of the adjustment impacted.
