You can add a new training location so it’s available in the system when you’re setting up training events, so the right venue details such as description, address, postcode can be selected and recorded consistently.
It’s mainly useful when you run training at a new venue for example, a new site, a hired room, or a different address and you want it to be a reusable option rather than typing it in each time.
To set up a new training location follow the below steps:
Click Configuration and then click Settings.
Select Module Settings and then click HR.
Click Training management location and then click Add training management location.
Type the details of the new location, add the description, address line and post postcode.
Click Save.
