To set up a notification via email on rota rejection so that managers are alerted when a rota is rejected, follow the below steps:
Use the look up in the right corner of you screen to find the required section.
Click the required section then click Edit Section.
Click the Email tab then click Add Section Email.
Select Status change on rota under the Email Type option.
Enter the email address that rota notifications are required to be sent.
Click Save.
πNote: This will send notifications for more than just rota rejection.
