You can view your tax code either on the Access People system or on the Access People HR and Rota App. This is useful as your tax code determines how much income tax is deducted from your salary. If it’s wrong, you could end up paying too much or too little.
View tax code on Access People system
To view your tax code on Access People system, follow the below steps:
Click the Self-Service menu then click Payslips.
Click on the Document tab next to the Details tab.
Select the required payslip, you should see the tax code on your payslip.
📌Note: If your tax code isn't on your payslip, you can check it on the HMRC website. You'll need to log in or register for an account to see your tax code there.
View tax code on Access People Hr and Rota app
To view your tax code on Access People, follow the below steps:
Log in into Access People HR and Rota app then click Payslips in the bottom menu.
Click into a payslip then click Download.
Open the payslips and see your tax code.
