Acknowledge your documents

You can acknowledge your documents in a few easy steps.

You can acknowledge your documents either on the Access People Hospitality system or on the Access People Hr and Rota app.

Acknowledge documents on the Access People Hospitality system

To acknowledge your documents, follow the below steps:

  1. While you are logged on Access People Hospitality, click the Self-Service menu then click Document Library.

    • You will see different categories of documents and in the right corner it will show you the number of documents available and how many documents require acknowledgement.

  2. Expand the required section and select the required document that has the message This document requires your acknowledgement after reading.

  3. Click I acknowledge that I have read this document and fully understand its contents after you read the document.

  4. The message will change to You have acknowledged this document which means that the document it's acknowledged.


Acknowledge your documents on the Access People HR and Rota app

There are 2 ways to acknowledge your documents, within the app.

First option

To acknowledge your documents, follow the below steps:

  1. Log into Access People HR and Rota app.

    • Any documents requiring acknowledgement should be displayed on the Home tab as Documents to acknowledge.

  2. Click into the document name then click Download to save the document to your device and then read through the document.

  3. Click Acknowledge to acknowledge the document has been read.

Second option

Alternatively, the document can also be acknowledged within the Access People HR and Rota app by following the below steps:

  1. Log into Access People HR and Rota app then click the More tab on the bottom menu bar.

  2. Click Documents then click into the required document group.

  3. Click onto the document itself then click Download to save the document to your device and then read through the document.

  4. Click Acknowledge to acknowledge the document has been read.
