You can view your employment contract either on the Access People Hospitality system or on the Access People HR and Rota app.

View employment contract on Access People Hospitality system
To view your employment contract, follow the below steps:
While you are logged on Access People, click the Self-Service menu then click Document Library.
Expand the Employment section then click either View or Download for your employment contract.
You can repeat the process for any other documents required for you to view or download.
View employment contract on the Access People HR and Rota app
To view your employment contract, follow the below steps:
Log in into Access People HR and Rota app then click the More tab on the bottom menu bar.
Click Documents then click into the required document group.
Click into the document that shows your employment contract then click Download.
