You can put My Actions button can be put under configuration by opening it and assigning it to a menu group, this can be done by following the below steps:
Click System Admin or Configuration.
Click on Settings and then click on Menu Structure.
Click the menu structure required.
Find My Actions and open it.
At the top, assign this to a Menu group.
Click Save.
