To mark an agency as obsolete, follow the below steps:
Click Configuration then click Module Settings.
Click General then click Agencies.
Click the agency required and select the Obsolete box.
Click Save.
📌Note: If you mark an agency as obsolete this will remove it from the Agency list, which appears when you select Agency/Borrow staff from the Rota screen.
