Holiday shows as 1 day with a yellow sun, others with a grey sun

This is because of the holiday request being put through as a paid holiday with 0 working days or hours. The yellow sun icon on a rota identifies a paid holiday, whereas the grey sun icon represents an unpaid holiday.

The minimum a paid holiday can be paid for is 1 working day or hour which is why the first day displays as a yellow sun on the rota.

A holiday with 0 working days will not be taken from the employee's entitlement and should be put through as an unpaid holiday.
