Days off showing as a paid holiday

If an employee holiday is showing on the rotas as 1 paid holiday, you can easily correct this.

If an employee has booked leave and the working days field is set to 0, but the rotas are showing this as 1 day paid leave, you can correct this by going into the employee's absence and clicking update.

If the rota has been closed, you will need to re-open the rota, click into the employee's absence record and then click update.
